We have partnered with Jungle Gym in Ballina and Anytime Fitness (Lismore) to deliver individualised exercise programs that target your current health status from their spacious facility with excellent accessibility.
Health Coaching
Individual sessions that are designed to take you on a journey to discover your goals and target your personal values and strengths to create sustainable behaviour change.
In-Home Treatment
A personal and Individualised exercise program delivered from the comfort of your home or local community recreation facility.
Hydrotherapy
(Pool Exercise)
Individualised exercise program from your local swimming pool. These are great for getting people moving who are experiencing joint pain.

FREE: 15 minute discovery call with James to decide which service is right for you and find our more about how you can save through Medicare and other compensable schemes.
Initial Consultation and Treatment: $120.00
60 minute appointment where we discuss your goals of your exercise program and perform a number of assessments to find a baseline strength and/or fitness level.
Standard Consultation and Treatment: $90.00
45 minute appointment where an individualised exercise program is delivered. As our sessions progress the exercises will be progressed in line with your capabilities to help you achieve your goals.
