They assess your physical health and create highly personalised movement programs to help you manage medical conditions, recover from injuries, and safely achieve your long-term health and lifestyle goals.
Chronic Disease Management: Tailored exercise plans to help manage conditions like diabetes, cardiovascular disease, arthritis, and osteoporosis.
Injury & Surgery Rehab: Safe, progressive exercise programs to restore strength, mobility, and confidence after an injury or surgery.
Strength & Conditioning: Personalised coaching to improve functional strength, balance, and cardiovascular fitness.
Behavioural Coaching: Support and lifestyle advice to help you overcome barriers and build lasting, healthy movement habits.

FREE: 15 minute discovery call with James to decide which service is right for you and find our more about how you can save through Medicare and other compensable schemes.
Initial Consultation and Treatment: $140.00
60 minute appointment where we discuss your goals of your exercise program and perform a number of assessments to find a baseline strength and/or fitness level.
Standard Consultation and Treatment: $95.00
45 minute appointment where an individualised exercise program is delivered. As our sessions progress the exercises will be progressed in line with your capabilities to help you achieve your goals.
